Ayo, b4 I go any further I wanna Send a Phat Shout Out to everyone that has left positve NRG for a bruh. On the real, I know that heads could be doing a million other things, and I appreciate all of your comments. Big Ups to G.James, Shannon, Kyndra, Ice-T, Ruddy, Nnena, Wylesha, Chadizzle, Amaka, Elizabeth, Krystal, Sheri, Justin, Kyle, David, Steph & Mel, Ice, Nature Bizzle, Morgan, Mulato, Ankur(I hope you keep getting onstage dawg!-U's a funny cat), Mary, Joe, Antoinette, Rachel, Mike, Queen, & Jeff. Big ups to any and everyone that has supported me in this entertainment. I'm not the type to wallow in misery or feel sorry for myself, but at the same time, it's nice to know somebody digs what I'm doing. I've moved on, but it was a nice 2 years man. Of course I had bigger plans re: being on the show, but poliTriX kinda put a halt to that. One day, the book will shed light on my time there. I understand that some believed mine was a waste of space in Studio 8H. The beauty of the show is that I have some bangin' jawns that went to dress, but not air. Contrary to popular belief/knowledge, the funniest sketches don't always make it to air( The Best of Will is a prime example-The Old Prospector sketch was probably one of the funniest sketches I was ever blessed enough to be a part of-It was cut after dress, but luckily cat's can see How Will made us ALL break character & laugh). Now I'm sure there probably won't be a best of Dean video anytime soon (it would probably last 6-7 mins.), but I GOT TAPE! Unfortunatley Cats won't see what my skills were on that show, but we'll shine well & beyond.
I recently peeped a fansite (for the 1st and last time)for the show and didn't realize that so many people thought I was dead weight. Good Lookin' out to those cats. They just made me step up my game & now I'ma really BLOW!!! I also noticed some heads are beefin' because Kenan & Finesse are there. I hope that heads give 'em a chance. G.James, You're a funny dude ("Rerun & Boom Boom Washington"), but I ask that you give shorty a chance. He's probably gonna have to prove himself to those that didn't dig his previous work. Finesse too. It's a great/tough gig, but they are up to it. Fortunately, both are sort of on equal ground since they are starting together and don't have to compete for airtime the same way i had to w/ Tracy(7 year vet. VS. 2 year dude-who do you think the writers are more prone to write the bangers for-don't get it twisted, Tracy was the STAR of the show his last season & he deserved all the light he got-Try as I might, I knew the writers would throw him love 1st & i'd get the leftovers-ie:Cop#2 :-)). ALSO, Much respect to JB SMOOVe who is now a writer on the show. Hopefully they give him some room to stretch. He is probably one of the funniest cats in the country & I'm proud to call him my friend(that sounded type corny, but that's some real ish right thurrr-right thurrr
All this to say, this could be a trying time, but no worries. Plus, I got love coming in from all you cats. This site is in it's infancy, but it's gonna grow w/ me. Tell a friend to peep. Tell them to check me out if I'm in their area. Tell those heads in those websites to check out my joint and leave me their negative NRG. It feeds me to grow. I'm working on getting my email set up so I can reach out to heads(I know it's annoying to leave msgs. w/ no reply-I'm working on it) and keep U all on a mailing list. Be patient. Everything is proceeding as I had foreseen(I'm such a STAR WARS nerd).
Oh, peep my boy MAX BROOKS new book "THE ZOMBIE SURVIVAL GUIDE". It's in stores now. Max also left the show as (he was my office mate and my main writing partner) and is doing quite well for himself as his book is ranked in the top 10 humor books in the nation. Also, keep an eye out for THE TRACY MORGAN SHOW which is to premiere as a midseason replacement. Tracy showed me the pilot and it's crazy funny. It's nice to see him get his just due after 7 years on NBC. Plus, my bro', KEVIN HART'S(Philly Represent) show, THE BIG HOUSE is set to premiere in the midseason on ABC(my new network). Watch both joints. If they're on at the same time, watch one, Tivo the other. All this to say, Heads from the circuit are moving up. It's a new era, and we're all making moves. Special Shout to RUDDY(they realize their missed opportunity already), KYNDRA(thanx for considering me one of the 'GOOD ONES'), SHANNON(nice to know I'll be missed), and G.JAMES(I'm gonna keep making you laff fa' sho').
